"Sonja provided us with the updated auto insurance and we were trying to get the best deal to be had. Rates seemed to climb higher with our older Chevy Truck and we very rarely use it. Seemed stupid to pay $500 a year approximately for a vehicle that goes only about 4000 miles per year. I wish that was considered in policies for older retired individuals especially those on fixed incomes that may only see a cost of living increase of 2 or 3% but their insurance rates are 10 or more %. I do not like this system especially for the elderly and it isn't tailored to our needs but it is what it is. Sonja provided us with the serious news a shock to our elderly status. I guess we just have to eat less."
